I remember as I was driving to my appointment to meet with Attorney David Rice, contemplating whether or not to file bankruptcy; I was so ridden with anxiety fear guilt shame and even condemnation. Over the past three years or so I had experienced such unbelievable devastation of my home going underwater as a result of a main break, 3 suicides in my family, divorce, Covid not once but twice, 2 other debilitating illnesses of which I recovered, having to be on and off at a zero income level and prior to all of this, my now ex husband and I were almost killed in a horrible accident……so as I look back now …..The beginning of my brand new life and the turning point for positive changes happening, was the I relief and hope that I received as a result of my consult with Attorney David Rice. Mr. Rice represented my mom in a bankruptcy case he made it easy for my mom to meet with him at another law firm on Main St. Because she is handicapped and would not have been able to get up the steps to his office.
