“Trying to get callbacks and updates is worse than pulling teeth. I have to call for a couple weeks before going through the front desk for a return call.”

“Other hand have another P. defender for my other case an not once in almost 2 whole months has she said a word to me, called me. Returned my calls anything... nothin... so I'm NOT happy and will be firing her.”
