I've worked with Monica on a number of cases over the years, and I can say with absolute certainty that she is one of the best immigration attorney in the Philadelphia area. During the initial consultation, she lays out your case step by step and in great detail. She lets you know your chances of approval and/ or denial, and the reasons why. She tells you what to expect during the process. She doesn't give you a false sense of hope and she definitely doesn't tell you what you want to hear. She tells you the truth and not some sugar coated version of the truth. She also doesn't make you feel helpless. She lets you know that your cooperation is required for the case to have a successful outcome. I've never met an attorney so thorough and efficient. She responded to all of my inquiries in a timely fashion (even after getting paid). Some lawyers pawn you off to the paralegal after they paid. That definitely was not the case with Monica. If you want someone who will diligently represent you, Monica is the lawyer for you.

Ms Singh has worked with our company over the past 3.5 years. She’s successfully completed one H1B for us, is processing a green card for us and worked with us on another H1B that unfortunately didn’t get through the lottery process. She’s been highly responsive at all times and patiently worked closely with our sponsorees who have English as a second language. We plan to continue working with her for the foreseeable future.

Ms. Singh is an excellent immigration attorney. I needed an immigration attorney to advise me on hiring a foreign national at my organization. After speaking and working with Ms. Singh, I find that Ms. Singh is well versed in her field. (and that's an understatement). When working with her, she's not one of those attorneys who will tell what you want to hear, rather she lets you know the risks involved when filing any case and your chances of approval and/or denial. She lets you know up front what documents you will need and the time frame. She didn't make the process sound rosy and easy (like some other attorneys) and always kept you abreast of your case status. If she wasn't too sure about something, she would let me know that she would have to do some research and let me know. Some lawyers sometimes are afraid to tell you they're not sure of something. As a matter of fact, upon meeting her, she let me know that she will always respond to any email or phone call within 24 hours and she honored it. I was always able to get in contact with her. She sometimes contacted me on the weekends, which is way above and beyond what I was expecting from any lawyer. My cases were handled timely and efficiently. With all the immigration hoopla going on these days, it's hard to find an immigration attorney not trying to take advantage of you. I recommend Ms. Singh to all my business associates and family members.

Don't hire this immigration lawyer. I just consulted her. I am glad i got second opinion about the concern that I have. I was not only given wrong advise, but also the attitude that she has make you feel degrading. Never hire this lawyer.

I highly recommend Monica for anyone looking for legal representation when filing their EB2-NIW petition. Monica is kind, prompt, knowledgeable and very professional. In 01/2015 I received my RFE and later on, when I was looking for an immigration lawyer I was enough lucky to be referred to Monica by a friend. During the first consultation meeting, all steps were well described along with expectations from both parties making the entire process transparent and very easy to understand. On top of that, her legal service were very affordable and confidently ended up hiring her. She lived up to its promises and provided all documents and monthly follow-up requests to USCIS well within the time frame specified. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention given to details in representing my petition including the accuracy and the effort put into writing up a concise and strong legal argument document of twelve pages. Likewise, thanks to the help and honest advice on improving my credentials from Monica, my RFE response consisted of 600 pages and my EB2 was approved without any more issue within 6 months. My partner and I got married in June in PA after they legalized same-sex marriages. Monica helped us with my adjustment of status. She explained us the procedure and what to expect at each step of application. They informed us of the documents to present and prepared our application package. They made sure that we did not miss any of the documents. Although my partner and I had to spend some extra time with the corrections on the forms; in the end, everything was well prepared and done in a timely manner. She replied our questions swiftly and always kept us in the loop. As our case was really obvious and straight-forward, we did not have any problems throughout the process. She also prepared us for our interview on the phone and primed us as to how an interview takes place. All in all, there were no trouble whatsoever in our application and I got approved. Therefore, I would recommend Monica without a second thought.

Monica had her work cut out for her. I had a terrible experience with a previous lawyer and was left with doubt and more questions. After starting my wife’s Immigration process with another lawyer almost two years ago, and due to some unfortunate circumstances with her and our case, we were fortunate enough to have Monica step in and take over. Monica reviewed our case from the beginning and we started the whole process over again. Monica took a slightly different approach to our case and prepared us, and our case in a way it wasn’t done the first time. Even though we were HUNDREDS of miles away from each other, in two different states, Monica and her staff did an excellent job staying in constant contact, preparing us and our case for yet another interview with Immigration. She made our case the second time around less stressful, and walked us through most every step. Monica was not present at our interview due to the distance between states, but that was by OUR choice. Monica did offer to be there with us if we felt she was needed and it would make us more comfortable, but Monica did an excellent job in preparing us. In between all the e-mails back and forth, Monica talked to us over the phone many times before, during, and after our process. My wife and I felt we would be ok without her presence this time around due to the prior preparation. Our Immigration Interview the second time around was a success and they approved my wives Visa. Something I know we couldn’t have done ourselves without Monica and her staffs help.

Im writing this review about my experience with monica singh as she represented my husband immigration case. Monica did a fabulous job with my husbands case to get his permeant resident/green card. She was very professional and well experienced in her job criteria. she handled everything to a T.
