I was represented by Chris Simms in my divorce case. He was very professional, polite, called and emailed me back in very fast and accurate response he covered all my motions and explained everything to me in detail He was on time and presented the case very clear and didn’t leave anything out. He also worked with me on the money part Unfortunately with an ex like mine it is impossible for good results when the case is constantly being pushed over and neglected by the court system. Chris wasn’t paid in a timely manner as I couldn’t afford it and the ex in contempt for not paying my attorney with no trouble to him being forced to pay made it difficult for Chris to continue. I am still grateful for all the help I had and work he did for me. I would recommend him to anyone Sorry Chris but thank you for being there

Had an appointment with Dave pollock on 03/22/18. Payed a retainer fee of $100 on that day. Received a bill in the mail over a year and a half later for another $60 bucks and he did absolutely nothing for me. This is totally ridiculous considering he did nothing for me or my case and why wait almost two years to mail out a “bill”? I would definitely not recommend him as an attorney. If you’re looking for an attorney, look elsewhere.
