She took the time to make sure I understood the process & why even when she'd already walked through it previously. Her patience was amazing. She provided grounded, practical advice that was balanced. He entire approach was thorough, fair, and de-escalated what can be a charged situation. She's kind-hearted and passionate while seeing the whole picture, taking into account present & future needs. I can't thank her enough for being a voice of reason & helping me control what I could during a very challenging time.
