I met with Sam about my files lost. He said if I could prove it , he said he would sue for millions. He told me to get affidavit from constable stating and I did and mailed it to him. Never returned my call. Then hired don bailey. Federal judge didn't seem to recognize attorney's we were suing and representing other side , represented federal judge in at least 2 prior lawsuits.

If not for Mr Samuel Stretton several years ago I wouldn’t even be here today to write this review. Now today 16 years later I am hiring him again to represent my sister and I in an upcoming pending matter. Trust, integrity, loyalty, honesty and expertise is just a few of the endless description words I can use to describe this attorney. He’s like a real life super hero out of a movie and works tirelessly to provide his clients with the best legal representation imaginable. In all my years I can honestly say I’ve never seen a trial lawyer as amazing as he is and I’ve never met an attorney that even comes close to matching his experience and expertise in a court of law. Every day I get to wake up and appreciate the time I have with my family because of this man Samuel C Stretton. He’s more than an attorney he’s like family. Sam represented me while I was a student at WCU. He was very conscientious and wise in his consultations and at trial. I hope I never have to employ an attorney again, but if I do, it will be Sam Stretton.

I consulted with him to represent me on politically charged criminal charges. Sent him some documents, as per our conversations, and tried for a week to set up a face to face meeting - as per our conversations. Then he leaves me a scathing voice mail saying he won't represent me because I was "dishonest" with him, but doesn't say how.

Sam represented me during some very difficult times. I cannot say enough good things about him.

I BELIEVE THE SYSTEM IS SOMEWHAT UNETHICAL IN THAT IT PREFERS TO PAY LESS EXPERIENCED ATTORNEYS. AND REIMBURSES VERY LITTLE. ATTORNEY STRETTON IS ALSO VERY POLITICALLY ACTIVE IN WEST CHESTER COUNTY. I STRONGLY BELIEVE THAT HIS MOUNTAIN OF KNOWLEDGE GUIDED BY ETHICS AND A STRONG COMPASSION FOR OTHERS IS SOMETHING TO BE TREASURED AND DESERVES RECOGNITION. I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYONE WORK AS HARD AS THIS MAN DOES. I BELIEVE HE SHOULD BECOME A POLITICAL LEADER AND THAT HIS KNOWLEDGE AND WISDOM IS SOMETHING ALL ATTORNEYS SHOULD BE REQUIRED TO HAVE. THOSE DEEMED WORTHY SHOULD BECOME HIS DISCIPLES. THERE AREN'T MANY PEOPLE WHO ARE STAUNCH ADVOCATES FOR THE INDIGENT AND MINORITIES, HE FIGHTS FOR THE RIGHTS OF ALL PEOPLE. HE NEEDS TO BE COMPENSATED PROPERLY FOR HIS VALUE CANNOT BE EXCEEDED. OTHER ATTORNEYS CHARGE $450 DOLLARS. THIS SEEMS CRIMINAL AND UNETHICAL TO ME. I BELIEVE ATTORNEY SAMUEL C STRETTON SHOULD BE COMPENSATED AT THAT RATE.
