Neil was very responsive and listened carefully to our issues regarding a complicated estate. He followed through with everything and would highly recommend him.

Something that should have been processed two years ago, wasn’t done. We’ve been trying to contact him since March about it. He refuses to return phone calls. I suppose we aren’t a big dollar client, so apparently common courtesy doesn’t matter. We can’t even get someone else from his office to call back with an update or explanation. It’s just plain rude to ignore your client.
