I highly recommend Evan Kelly. He would always get back to me same day with any questions I had. He worked diligently with the DA's office to receive the best plea deal possible avoiding jail. I'm indebted to Evan and thank him for all that he accomplished. I believe I have a second chance of turning my life around due to his efforts.

Evan and his firm represented me in a family court matter involving a malicious ex-girlfriend. The court threw out the allegations against me because I was represented by Evan and his firm. I would highly recommend Evan Kelly and his firm for any Family Court matter. My situation was quickly resolved in a very positive outcome.

I had Evan Kelly represent me during my "felony" gun case after firing another big time Philadelphia gun lawyer for incompetence and misrepresentation. I also ended up with the most stubborn, ignorant, and deeply troubled assistant district attorney that I have ever dealt with. Rather then try to make a plea deal the ADA made this into a very long, drawn out process including felony charges and I was facing multiple years in state confinement. Evan stayed by my side and defended me to the point that I was able to go home with a 3rd degree misdemeanor and probation which was a very fitting punishment. Above all Evan trusted me and believed in me which made me feel relief even during the toughest of times with this case. A little over 2 years ago something finally clicked and I began to change my life and my actions in so many positive ways. unfortunately though after a year of all the right moves just before the holiday I had slipped had a setback an made a wrong one.. I was facing 6 months for a direct violation despite having corrected myself and doing everything I had too before my day in court.. good legal representation kept me out of jail while my new charge made its way through court and gave me the opportunity to use that time to take all the actions needed to be able to show the judge that this was truly just a slip by the time my violation hearing finally came around.. When I walked into court that day I was extremely nervous knowing my guidelines called for 6 months but after talking to Evan Kelly I was able to relax. Evan is very compassionate and treats you like a regular person who just made a mistake. just talking to him puts you at ease because his character and actions. make it obvious you've got a good well liked lawyer who is going to get you the best possible outcome . the end result 6 months turned into 3 days that the judge let me fit around my schedule with the added incentive that if I continue on this good path in 6 months my lawyer can petition him and he will completely close out all my probation.
