The attorneys at MacElree Harvey really care. They are exceptional at what they do. I highly recommend Joe Bellinghieri for estate planning, estate taxes, and accounting. I also highly recommend Mary Kay Gaver for business law. She really took care of me and my Mom during business buyout negotiations. All of the attorneys and paralegals are great. Thank you to Brian Nagle for recommending these great lawyers.

Caroline and her team represented me for a DUI I was charged with back in 2021 where the state trooper lied about everything from why he charged me with a DUI, because I was not intoxicated, to the reason why he even pulled me over to begin with which was unlawful. Caroline, Mary, Donna, and everyone who was on my case actually listened to me, believed me that I was telling the truth and proved it with video and by catching the trooper on the stand lying. This past over three years have been probably the toughest of my life, because of this stopping me from moving to Phoenix, and the care and compassion that Caroline showed toward me and what was right is incomparable and priceless to what I've seen from any other attorney that I've worked with. She didn't sugarcoat or bs anything and that was very much appreciated as well. Caroline and her whole team are amazing and I definitely recommend her if you want things done right.

I highly suspect the 5 star reviews are fake. They keep you in the dark, hold internal meetings without your awareness and make decisions without your input or knowledge (only to learn about it at the next billing cycle) and are very, very difficult to get hold of. Almost all emails are met with out of office replies and no voicemails ever responded to. When a status hearing I did not know existed was extended by my attorney without my knowledge (only to learn this in the next billing cycle) and saw my attorney had answers to interrogatories for nearly a month without telling me only to discover this from OJS = you're fired. OJS literally laughed and smiled... like yeah good luck with that, seemed par for the course. Not to mention a strong, positive person for my case was not contacted three separate times my lawyer told me he would, only for him to say when I finally called him out that he didn't think he was important, is more than messed up, it's unethical = you're fired. Didn't trust me, and didn't even contact the person... so how would you know? That's just a small piece. I highly do not recommend this "law" firm.

Very bad at returning calls and emails. Emailed and left several voicemails with a particular lawyer at the firm. Even if they did not handle what I needed, a call back to let me know that would be the professional and decent thing to do.

Could not recommend them more! My lawyer, Leo Gibbons, was an absolute life savor. I specifically used MacElree Harvey for a commercial lease negotiation. It takes a certain skill to be able to break down legal terms in ways that the general public can understand and Leo was the best. The team had great communication and updated me every step of the way. I never doubted that they had my best interest in mind. I will 100% be using their services again in the future.

Caroline was very professional and precise with my case. She stated from the start what she was planning to do and she did everything that she planned. Caroline communicated well with me from start to finish and she always stayed ahead and prepared just in case things didn’t go as planned (even though everything went as planned). She was honest and she made me feel secure and gave me knowledge in a lot of areas where I wasn’t knowledgeable about the law. She made the worst year of my life much easier and she beat my case! I was facing a felony but with Caroline professionalism, patience, knowledge and dedication I was able to walk away with no Felony or Misdemeanor I’m very thankful for Caroline. I wish Caroline and Mary both peace, happiness, and wealth!
