Marc was patient, knowledgeable and flexible in helping us navigate through the purchase of a property. He was able to use his experience with law and real estate to draft an agreement of sale, discuss the closing process, arrange for the closing through the Title company and provide recommendations. He was always willing to take a phone call and answer any questions. I highly recommend his expertise for law and/or real estate.

Phil was an amazing attorney and a Partner in my request. He was knowledgeable and so completely aware of the urgency of my request.
He responded back to my emails and messages with immediacy which allowed me to get my work done well in time.
Phil's enormous patience and responsiveness were especially impressive. I haven't met an attorney in over 20 years who has been this responsive and helpful. If there had been delays, or changes, they were entirely due to changes in circumstances on my end.
