My wife and I met with Jen to discuss Estate Planning following a presentation her group made at our son's school--providing complementary advice on guardianship, and specifically the protection of our children in the event of an emergency from a legal perspective. Establishing a Living Will was a wish list item, but became more of a priority now that our kids were getting older. We specifically felt it an important to have a plan, and Jen did a great job making us feel comfortable with moving forward and helping us cover all points of the Estate Planning process. Pricing was straightforward, and we specifically appreciated her honest, personable approach. She took the time to get to know us, establishing rapport very quickly. She took the time to guide and educate us, and over the course of three meetings we finished our project. Receiving the finished binder and reviewing the finalized documentation all felt very official, but the final video interview was a highlight. It was our experience that Jen and her team are highly competent, personable and trustworthy professionals. They are passionate about what they do, and exceeded expectation.

Ms. Walker was hired to prepare my Last Will and Testament, my Living Will, Power of Attorney, etc. She did an excellent job. Ms. Walker is knowledgeable, took the time to answer ALL my questions, and provided information on all aspects of the topics we were dealing with. Her process is very comfortable, and her fees were appropriate. I would highly recommend Ms. Walker, as I was recommended to her from a friend -- I couldn't have made a better choice!

Jennifer prepared a new will, updated our POAs, and changed our deed. She is so personable and took time to truly understand our unique needs. Her fees are extremely fair and she is so thorough and so prompt in her communication. We especially like that this will be an ongoing relationship - she will contact us every couple of years to see if our situation has changed that may require legal revisions. Highly, highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for complex legal issues explained and managed in an easily understood and truly caring manner. Definitely not your big corporation, collect major fees type of lawyer - a refreshing change!

Jennifer was extremely well organized and thorough. She answered our questions with direct, easy to understand answers regarding our Will, a Living Will, Health Care Directives and Power of Attorney to name a few of the things we discussed. After agreement was reached and the papers drawn up we received a binder from Jennifer with all the pertinent information nicely organized for our files in the future. Also all the documents were on a DVD with electronic versions of all the documentation. We also appreciated a DVD video which Jennifer and her husband, Jim Walker, made of an interview of us, on which we were able to record a document for our children and grandchildren for a keepsake. This personal touch of theirs is a good example of their consideration and interest which made us feel cared about and well taken care of.

My husband and I hired Jen to work with us to establish an estate plan. What we thought would be a daunting process, ended up being a seamless and pleasant experience. Jen was knowledgable, answered all of our questions, and gave us the instruction we needed to proceed with the plan.
