Potential billing issues and lack of transparency
“About a year later we started getting bills for more money saying we still owed- I've heard they do this with clients I am not the only one, sometimes billing people past the statute of 4 years.”

Unresponsive and dismissive behavior from some attorneys
“He is non responsive takes no accountability for his short comings. I did not select this firm I had an accident in PA and I live in another state. So a PA lawyer had to finish it. Well I settled 2 going into 3 months now have called the insurance company and they said the check went out days after the settlement. I have spoken and emailed the Operations manager and left messages with who ever is over top of her. Not one call or email.”
