Mr. Winicov is the most honest Attorney I've heard in my life. This attorney will fight for you until the end and try to get you the best possible outcome in your case. As I explained my dog biting case, he was very specific with his questions and seemed to care about every detail that happened in my case. After hearing all I had to say about the case and my injuries, he Immediately knew exactly what to do and how to pursue the case from the start. This gentleman knew the laws from top to bottom and was very honest the entire process. We eventually ended with the best result a case like this can offer.
