A friend had recommended John Winicov to me . When a family matter came up and need a lawyer I went to John . I was always given updates on the status of my case and John always returned my phone calls immediately.. John was always honest and upfront . At one point I wanted an emergency court date in front of a family court judge , John could have easily charged me thousands of dollars but instead John advised me to go another route , spending less money and with a positive outcome . I would hire John again for any legal issue .I have sent several friends to John who were equally impressed with John's work

Mr.Winicov was the only attorney to answer my question on Avvo. He did so promptly and when I emailed him for a free consultation he also got right back to me. He exlpained everything in length, gave me advice and was not quick to be off the phone as other attorneys have been that I have spoken too in the past. If I do need a lawyer I wiil definitely call him.

John did a great job with my particiular case. I would retain him again in a second. He is very thorough and extremely well prepared.
