I'm a little late to the party here (March 2019), but Daniel did an excellent job for me on a case for speeding in Radnor. He knew of the cop involved (his reputation) and his overly aggressive enforcement. Daniel called the local magistrate's office and all was handled (fine, no points) without having to go to court. He was well worth his fee. I've moved to NJ 13 months ago, but if I'm ever stopped again in PA, I'll be sure to contact him.

Dan HANIFIN did an amazing job helping me with my case. was able to get felony reduced to a misdemeanor and that enabled me to get back into school.He made the whole process very smooth and easy to understand every step of the way. Communicated very well, always returned my calls and overall worked hard to move the process along swiftly. I was looking at 7 points and $1700 in fines which is bad for a tractor trailer driver. I was facing a hefty driver’s license suspension. And due to the lack of attention to detail from the ladies assigned to mailing out the paperwork that tells you where and date/time of your court date, I missed it and was automatically found guilty. It was not until I was alerted by PENNDOT of the upcoming license suspension that I found out about my now missed court date. Which was now outside of the 30 days I had to appeal. Due to driving being essential for my job, I was in a sticky situation. I had called around to a handful of Attorney but none of them felt quite right for me. Then I spoke with Attorney Hanifin. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about my situation and how it needed to be handled. But most important, for me anyway, he made me feel comfortable and far less stressed!, I hired him immediately. True to his word, he handled it! He was able to save me from losing my license and no points added. I would not hesitate for a moment in not only hiring him again if I ever needed an Attorney but also recommending him.
