She has a high opinion of herself and I wonder if she actually wanted to complete the transaction or derail it. She wastes time going over the same issues and then charges for it.

As a business banker, I have done a great deal of business with Kathy over the years. She is a very personable, conscientious, motivated and talented attorney. I would recommend her highly.
