Working for Fragomen is the best decision I ever made. I love coming to work everyday. Helping immigrants from around the globe receive their life changing documents gives me a sense of fulfillment no other previous employer had done before. This office has grown and matured into something that is truly special and hard to replicate. If you get the chance to work here, do it. You won't regret it.

Undoubtedly the best place to work. This has been the most fulfilling job I've had. I've seen claims about firing after contingency period, PTO issues, etc. however, I've found that the firm actually bent over backward to help those individuals who ultimately left voluntarily in most cases. Thank you Fragomen for providing such a great atmosphere in which to grow.

Do not work here, especially if you’re contacted by a recruiting agency. They will fire you after your “training period.” They are not family oriented, terrible work ethic, and have a power dynamic which is mentally abusive for everyone in the work place. I had worked there for 6 months. During that time, they were behind on work for months. They hired over 20 people in the time I worked there, and fired them as soon as there was no more work to be done. They are not understanding of others. It seems like management puts their job before their family since they are constantly emailing you about work after hours. Their training is unorganized, no one knows what they’re doing, and management is constantly stressed and places their stress on other people. They try and get you with PTO and benefits but it’s not worth it. DO NOT WORK HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR MENTAL HEALTH AND CONFIDENCE.

It might be great to work here as the previous reviewers mentioned. However as a client, the staff are lazy, irresponsible, unresponsive, and not punctual at all. They don’t update their client portals for weeks, leaving their clients hanging! They don’t respond to emails, following up has become a regular endeavor. Do you know how agonizing that is for immigrants who are trying to get their paper works squared away? There’s no appreciation for the urgency of their clients’ situations.
