I hired David to help me get out of a property I purchased with a family member who was being extremely difficult and trying to take advantage of me. David was an excellent advocate, fought hard, and saw through the dirty moves from the other owner and shut it down. He got me my fair share of the property. I am impressed with David’s work ethic, knowledge, and professionalism, and I am immensely happy that I hired him!

David did a really successful, professional job in appealing the assessment of my property. He answered my questions immediately and made my life so simple in this matter. If you feel the need to appeal the assessment of your property, I highly recommend using David. His fee is half of the savings in taxes for you for only one year. You will have those savings until the county does a reassessment again which can be many many years. No cons.

A real estate developer attempted to seek a variance to build a 2 story house 15” from my property line . The subdivision that was granted did allow limited ability I was given very little notice . The proposed structure would have effected my privacy and property value and overall neighborhood appeal David quickly realized the legal framework and drew up a legal deposition for me to present at the zoning appeal board . We could not be happier with David. We used him to purchase our first home in Mt. Lebanon a few years ago. When it came time move again this past year, we did not hesitate to go with David for both he sale of our previous home, and the purchase of the new home. David is extremely knowledgable and very easy to get ahold of. In addition to his experience as an agent, David is also a lawyer which was very helpful during the negotiation process and when we had questions about the details related to paperwork, timelines, and our rights when the inevitable curveballs come into the process. We will definitely use David again!
