I've been working with Steve and he's been not only responsive but ahead of schedule on everything! Absolutely the best experience I've had with customer service. I'd say best experience with lawyers, but...what would that mean ;-)

I had an excellent experience working with this firm to file my trademark application. Steve and his team were incredibly thorough and made the entire process straightforward and stress-free. Steve, in particular, was outstanding—his attention to detail and clear communication made it easy to understand everything. His professionalism and responsiveness were impressive, and I always felt well-informed and confident throughout the process. Most excellent professional services. My only comment is they put too much faith that I would read and understand that I would need to pay them a processing fee for submitting the completed application. This surprised cost could have been avoided by telling me the total cost, including their fee for filing. I have hearing, eye sight and other physical problems. I rely on what I have been told, without regard to what I have not been told. I have learned the hard way to read and understand everything in the contract, including when I am prompted to read the entire agreed to documents when one checks the "I agree to the terms and conditions" box. Any additional cost not expressly disclosed should be illegal. Despite this, I'm very pleased thus far with their services. They aren't operating any different than all others.

Steve is thorough, helpful, and elucidated the patent application process well enough that anyone could understand.

My invention was understood exactly. The drawings and description capture my invention as I intended it to be. Very knowledgeable and are able to produce results quickly. The fixed fee is definitely the way to go. You can literally save thousands of dollars.
