Eric David never even entered his appearance on our behalf. I left him over 30 messages and he never called back. We entered into the plea without him. And then he actually called us the night before "trial" even though we had already worked it out with the court. Do NOT hire this person. And then after he did nothing for me, he wasn't even responsible enough to return our money. What a waste.

I hired Eric for a very cut and dry custody case. My ex had never even met my 1-year-old son. Eric showed up an hour late for court (the courthouse was a block from his office), referred to my son as "she" the entire time, and my ex ended up with 50/50 custody.
WORST ATTORNEY I HAVE EVER MET!!!!

We hired this attorney. He never entered his appearance with the Court and kept stringing us along. We finally talked to the Court and entered our own plea. What a waste of time and money. We showed up for four Court appearances and never even had to be there!

Eric was working for Rominger law and bungled our case so badly that my wife spent a day in jail on a civil matter that was so minor if Eric had taken care of it promptly that it would not have been an issue. My wife is not a criminal and has never been in any kind of trouble. She was traumatized by this event. Erics hands visibly shook in the courtroom the first time we had him in court for us. Thats when we knew we were in trouble. He was abused by the District Attorney and was clearly out of his league, steer away.

Eric David will take your money, file with the courts that he is representing you, Then you dont hear from him again. And when you do he will tell you he will give you a day he is going to call you back and a time and you never hear from him. Here it is 18 months later no still nothing. you email him no peply, send certified mail it comes back, go to the address he gives you- no one around, Then you have to go to Disciplinary Board. I have spent months at court houses looking for him just to find out he has done this to others.
