Mr. Brady was very nice but I would not recommend him as I feel he did not give my case any time at all other than to write a letter to the carrier. I was injured in an automobile accident and unable to return to work after my broken neck healed. I was granted social security disability (not handled by this firm) but denied the LTD policy through my work. I took all my info to Mr. Brady and expected him to push for the appeal and let me know if we should file a lawsuit. I had to push him every step of the way and after one letter to the company stating they were not approving from the appeal I did not hear from him so I emailed him to ask if we would file a lawsuit and he replied that he would review and let me know. I never got any kind of a response. Because of the time lapsed I decided not to go to another lawyer but my advise would be to use another firm. I know this was my own fault as all I did to find him was search the internet. My lawyer who settled the accident did not handle LTD but in hindsight I should have asked him for a referral. Good luck.
