PAID HIM 3 MONTHS AGO TO GET AN EARLIER COURTDATE FOR MY KIDS AND NOTHING. FOR THREE MONTHS THE ONLY CONTACT I RECIEVED FROM HIM WAS 'IN COURT' NEVER GOT A PHONE CALL BACK LIKE I WAS TOLD I WOULD. PAID FOR A COURTDATE AND WAS TOLD ID BE TO COURT IN TWO WEEKS AND THREE MONTHS LATER STILL NO COURTDATE! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT DO THE WORK. MISLEADING STATMENTS & FALSE INFORMATION ! HAS TOO MANY CLIENTS AND TOO GREEDY TO LET SOME PEOPLE GO! MONEY HUNGRY AND ALWAYS TOO BUSY TO RETURN CALLS !

Well let me start by saying he took 13000 and claims I only gave him 5000. Then he bailed on me before trail.. didn't file any paperwork and just kept asking for money.. this man will sell you the world to get your money then feed you to the wolf's..

February 2022 Andy was hired to represent for a criminal case. Knowledgeable... Always felt as though he had our back! If an attorney is ever needed again... for anything Attorney Katsock lll will be the only one I need to call. My (adult) son had hired Andy for a case of his own. Even then there's never been one complaint.

This guy will make you believe he is working for you; when he is really following orders from the opposing party and Judge, never files evidence, gets mad when you question what he is doing. When you constantly provide documents to him that should be filed as evidence he acts like he never seen them before. This guy takes his P's and Q's from a disbarred attorney that works with him that types all his avidavits. PLEASE RUN TO ANOTHER ATTORNEY

Andy is a phenomenal attorney. He has represented my entire family and not once were we disappointed. He has been our attorney since about 2012 and will be the only one we ever call. This guy will take your mo ey no problem. Take a look at his track record in the news; he seems to always lose his cases. I have represented myself in court twice against him and he lost and could not even collect attorneys fees for his client. You be the judge but do your research and due diligence on him prior to retaining him as counsel.

This guy is not my attorney but he does represent my wife. I have begged him over and over again to prepare a property agreement and sent him all the information on debt and property and all he does is reply that he wants me to do it. My soon to be ex wife wants the divorce finalized but how can that be do e if he refuses to do his job. But this makes sense as I have spoken to other divorce attorneys and they tell me that this guy is the perfect guy to represent the opposing party as he is extremely lazy. Whatever you do if you want a fast divorce and an agressive attorney do not retain this guy.

Andrew Katsock is an excellent attorney. I'll speak for me personally. Took the time to analyze and diagnose my case to prepare for a good argument. If something isn't right he finds a way to fix it and with me he did. He just won an appeal for me out of Pike County . I highly recommend him.

Mr Katsock handles all my and business partners affairs --- property legalities ., etc. I trust him so much that he is on pre-retainer. To the comment above - your frustration could be understood -- but this case is unique - I'll explain how ----- I reach Mr Katsock via text message only --- reason why --- attorneys are in and out of court --- and for anyone to know how courts work --- NOONE can answer their phone in court while in session --- Otherwise --- what I have experienced of this man --------- An Absolute Workoholic ---- He does'nt stop ---- His little appointment book he travels to meet clients ., including me sometimes 10 pm at night. So I must say --- he has always won for me!! He won a Big Trial for a close friend in Wilkes Barre (no privacy revealed) So ---- I put my money on him ---- already have Because -- not often do we find a tenacious dedicated and absolutely unlazy (extreme opposite!!) as this man ---- I just hope he dont affect his health with his case load.
