Kyle is an excellent Lawyer I would 10/10 recommend especially if you have no understanding of the laws around your specific situation. He not only help with my case he got me the best deal and ensured everything was taken care of on my behalf. Enough good words can’t be said about Kyle and his Firm.

He handled what should have been the end of my career into a simple 6 month process that is scrubbed at the end.

Felony possession. No sales or distribution charges. Personal use substances. Turned over to local police by a rat C.I. DM set bail at $350,000 and he wouldn't negotiate a lower bail. Fired my local attorney immediately and called Mr. Rude. Within 24 hours bail was reduced to $50,000. Fined $750, treatment court and probation. He gets my recommendation to anyone in trouble. He walks softly and carries a big stick. Great guy.

Kyle is very kind and knowledgeable in the area of Defending DUIs. He is upfront and honest and a very straight shooter. I was up front about my case and since my case was less important or less of a priority he assumed what the outcome maybe instead of fighting for something better for his client. It was definitely not worth the price because even after everything I feel like it was a money grab and nothing was justified.

I chose Kyle Rude of Schemery Zicolello to represent me for a DUI, hit and run and eluding at the recommendation of friends knowledgeable of the Lycoming County Court system and local attorneys. Kyle is a very reliable lawyer gives you a great piece of mind and fights for your rights. My husband was facing serious charges that would have put him away for along time. Kyle was in contact and did all his research and got it all dropped but two charges and ended with a not guilty out come. One fateful Friday night, I was pulled over for suspicion for driving under the influence of alcohol... waiting till Monday morning seemed like the longest few days in my life. I had several cases that Kyle got me reduced to smaller charges and out of jail time. I had one lawyer for my first case that was supposed to be the best in Williamsport. Without going into any details about my case. I can tell you that I was being charged with a class 3 felony. If convicted, I could have received a 10 years in state prison, and a $10.000 fine.
