I hired them to represent me in a lawsuit against a garage that messed up my car and they got a settlement that I would agree to only if they would pay all my lawyer fees and I would get my retainer back and they agreed and he told me it would be about $1200-$1300 In lawyer fees and they put in for 1500 to make sure it was covered. When it was all said and done they found a way to keep the 1500 that the garage paid for the lawyer fees and turned around and kept almost all of my retainer. They pushed me to settle for a lot less then what I was even out of and lied to me about the cost they were charging me to get me to settle so they can close it out and take their cut. $1200-$1300 is a big difference then $2000. Just found a way to rob me out of what was agreed on. If you were working with Brad Davis make sure anything he says to you on the phone you get it in writing because he will deny that he said it to you!!! I would not recommend using this law firm

Called this office on 08/18/22 for wrongful termination and withheld compensation issue. A woman by the name of Gina took down some basic information and said she would have someone call us back. We are still waiting for that call.

500 AN HOUR , 100 FOR AN EMAIL. No follow ups, days before they return paid calls. They don't win cases and don't care either. They are all whats wrong with lawyers. No passion at all. No credibility. Avoid these cash hounds who win nothing . and to the law firm , reading this, free of charge. Try it sometime. Try and do your job.
