Let me start with one word AMAZING!!!! I hired Ken to handle my divorce and custody case. From the first phone call he treated me like a part of the family. The divorce was handled start to finish within 6 months I must have called 3 times a week every week and he would always return my call within 24 hours and I was a pain with all my questions. I also received full custody of my daughter because of him and his team of wonderful people. His rates were perfect for what I needed. When I tell you there is no one out there like him I mean it. Ken kitay and his firm of people are family in my eyes and with out his help I would not have full custody of my daughter today so I want to say thank you for everything you did for me and my family.

Beware, Kitay Law fails to remain confidential and they WILL sell/give out your information to third parties. We talked to them briefly about 2 months ago and haven't stopped receiving letters in the mail or phone calls from law offices way outside of Berks County, telling my boyfriend he is going to jail unless he pays the $3,500 they quoted us for a first time DUI. When I called to ask they remove my address from their files, the front desk was RUDE and hung up on me, (8/18) but did confirm to me that they give out their clients addresses and phone numbers to other law practices in a very mean tone. Wow. Super unprofessional, they use scare tactics to wipe your wallet clean in an already bad and scary situation, they definitely take advantage. They kept telling him he would receive a maximum sentence and we need to "build a relationship" with the police officer who made the arrest, whatever that means, and they are the ONLY practice in berks county that employs a former police officer, which sounded odd to bring up, explicitly saying we need them on our side or we're screwed. I may have to report this business for their skeevy practices, they made us fearful for months and continue to send their law practice friends after us to continue to fear monger and harrass into paying their absurd price. Go to Feeny & Gurwitz, they really helped us out and didn't have to employ awful business tactics like Kitay Law will and continues to do.

Met Ken on the plane and he struck up a conversation with me. He offered great legal advice. Very nice guy, and super helpful.
