I needed to get a lawyer for my divorce. A friend recommended I get Cheryl Rowe and her team on my side and I`m glad I did. By the end of my first meeting with Cheryl she not only had a game plan but instructed me as to what I needed to do step by step. It was a good feeling to have someone that not only listened to you but understood the situation that your`re in. I left her office relived, knowing I made the right decision in hiring Cheryl and her team to get me through my divorce, and that`s exactly what they did. I called to make an appt for my boyfriend of whom I've been with 5 years. We really want to be married. I asked the secretary (or whomever answered the phone) about the free consultation, (because lets face it, lawyers can be quite expensive). FIRST, I was told that they ONLY want SERIOUS clients..(ummm okayyyy), THEN, she said that I should look for a lawyer in Lancaster, (WOW!), THEN, she cut my conversation off, and told me someone will call me back to make an appt, which never happened! (almost a week ago). Good job lady! I'll take my SERIOUS money elsewhere. Have a great day....

I spent years fighting what seemed to be an endless, hopeless, battle. Throughout the 4 years, I had 2 prior attorneys. I’ve was dragged through 3 trials and an appeal, all with gut wrenching results. I was left traumatized and in complete disbelief of our judicial system. As a mother, giving up on my son was not an option. I fought harder, I thought smarter, and I continued to dump thousands upon thousands of dollars into my case with not an ounce of a result. There are very few Cheryl’s in the world, and I hope every person that’s involved in a toxic custody battle has the honor to be represented by your kind. From the first time I met with Sara during the consultation, I was extremely pleased with her understanding of my situation due to the mishandling by my previous attorney. She clearly articulated and explained what steps needed to be taken along with detailing my options and what would be in my best interest. She was extremely aggressive in dealing with opposing counsel and getting me the best results. I would highly recommend Sara and Rowe law office for your matters.

I went into my divorce with very little knowledge about the process as I have only known a few people who have gone through the process. My attorney and all the staff at Rowe Law Offices were (and still are) very polite, kind and professional. She was very professional in her ability to guide me through everything including the divorce process, custody, support, negotiations and all the other items that arise through this difficult process. I felt and know that through all of this my attorney was more than just an attorney who was getting paid, she was a professional who cared deeply about the outcome of my situation and was there to provide the guidance that really made me feel that I would make it through this process and comforted me through this process with her professional manner and responses. In addition to her professionalism with me, my attorney was able to negotiate extremely well for me throughout the entire process and represented me better than any expectations I had (this being my first time through this process). Retained Rowe and worked with Neil through proceedings. He's friendly and knowledgeable and was able to come up with a number of creative solutions. Would hire again.

I would not recommend this practice to anyone. My experience with this lawyer was not pleasant. My divorce was very simple since my ex husband and I ironed out all the details amicably. After paying an exorbitant retainer, I received monthly statements that I owed large fees. I would be charged for things that didnt pertain to me such as multiple phone calls. After the divorce was finalized, I received an additional fee that was astronomical. All for a simple divorce with no child custody or additional complications involved. She was also extremely unprofessional. I heard her screaming at employees while waiting in the office. She was abrupt and rude to her staff and once with me. I would not recommend this practice.

Cheryl’s Office scheduled an appointment with my family to discuss a case involving the Lancaster County Children and Youth Division and an interstate foster home. After driving two hours from NJ to receive consult on a case involving my niece, which is very time sensitive, the Office told us upon arrival that they could not assist. Cheryl did not even take the time to speak with us or refer us to someone else, she wouldn’t even come out of her office. This is a terrible way to treat families in crisis situations and I would never recommend her services to any family in need of an attorney that is sympathetic.
