My family was very disappointed in the service we recieved on a small estate. We were not kept informed and there were things that were not taken care of in a timely matter. He also would tell us he was going to do something then he would change his mind and say oh we can't do that. We are still not settled 9 months later and our frustrated and don't see an end to this matter. His fees seem high and he got paid and then didn't follow through. We are very disappointed. He has added to the stress of losing a family matter.
