I can't express how grateful I am to have had Attorney Banks as my lawyer. Believe it or not, I actually was innocent. This is when you need a lawyer most, because they need to prove it in court. Wouldn't you believe that the judge actually believed the Plaintiff and DA, accepted evidence that was inaccurate...at first. Thankfully, I had Matthew Banks on my side. I never thought that I would find myself in trouble with the law. Being accused of a crime that I knew I was not guilty of, is still at the end of the day, a crime I was charged with.
