Richard Estacio was my workers comp attorney. I highly recommend him for anyone who is dealing with having to petition a WC claim. Along with his very helpful certified paralegal Yesenia Alvarado whom I am awfully grateful for. Sticking with them has been easy because they have been the only people keeping me on the right mind and path which is what is needed when a claim is denied. Every claim is different and mine was handled as expeditiously and professionally as possible by Rick and his team. Thank you guys!

Kenneth m.Kitay, thank you very much. My husband had a DUI with some other charges.
The best thing that ever happened to us as a family was when we got to the court house and the DUI was out of the charges. My husband license was not suspended and his CDL is till intact. There are not enough positive things to say about my experience with Kitay Law Offices. Richard Estacio handled my case with dedication and compassion and superseded my expectations. Most places treat you as a number. This law firm treats their clients like friends and goes above and beyond. If you need a workman’s comprehension attorney I would highly recommend him. I just want to say how much i appreciate the work that Rick and Yesenia did… Sedgwick is not a nice company to deal with. Rick and Yesenia did wonders with getting what i was entitled too. Without them and Marta i still be floating out in the ocean with no life line. Im sure id be bankrupt with the shenanigans sedgwick was doing st the beginning of this journey.
