If anyone ever has a problem or accident be sure to contact this office I was hit by a car and the people here treated me like family making sure all my bills and need were met up until the very end they helped me in ways that are unexplainable but I’m happy to have had them in my life and on my side I would recommend them 1000x to everyone

More than two years ago, I was referred to Michael Kane of Rizio, Hamilton & Kane, P.C. after being rear-ended by a vehicle driving at a high rate of speed while I was at a complete stop. When I phoned the office to speak with Michael Kane, my first impression was how professional yet compassionate, understanding, informative, and patient he was. This was my first time working with an attorney for any reason. Mike went into detail throughout every step and always ensured I understood the how and why of every aspect of the process. Mike consistently kept me apprised of every event, letter, or call the office received regarding my case. I was never left to wonder what was happening throughout the duration of working on my case. Whenever I received any information or was contacted directly by another involved party, I would contact Mike to advise me on what I should do or how to handle the situation; he always made himself available to assist me and walk me through how to handle it. Nine times out of ten, I spoke with Mike personally, but when I had to work with the legal assistants for anything, they were kind, patient, professional, and helpful. Michael Kane and his team worked hard to get me what I was entitled to, and they succeeded above and beyond. I am delighted with my experience working with Michael Kane and his team, and I would hands down refer this firm to anyone seeking an attorney involving matters that they handle.

I suffered a neck and back injury as the result of an auto accident. Mr. Kane and his team guided me through the whole process and sent me to the best medical professionals for treatment but also those who had the most thorough paperwork to submit for legal purposes. They went above and beyond to make sure I got most possible "pain and suffering" payment and payment for underinsured motorist as well. Having a smaller company such as RHK, enables an attention to detail and caring that you won't get with a big company where you'll get lost in the mix. The staff at this firm is AWESOME! If you call them during their business hours, you speak with an actual person and if you call after hours, you get a call back the next morning. Mike and Alexandra are two incredible lawyers who care about their clients and will tell it to you straight because sometimes what you think you know is wrong. I will definitely use this firm again and refer them to friends & family.

You never want to find yourself in a position where you need an Injury attorney, but I did. I'm very happy with my decision to work with Mike Kane. Not to get into details but my case was very complicated. Mike and his team stayed on top of everything and never gave up. The end result was great and I would 100 % recommend Rizio, Hamilton & Kane!
