We worked with Earnest Closser on a business purchase for completing due diligence as well as to close the transaction. Everything was handled perfectly and went smoothly. Since this transaction we have used three other attorneys at this firm for other issues like a personal will, a real estate purchase and chasing down a few a few dead beats that have tried to skip out in paying their invoices. All were handled very professionally.

Location was closed before their posted close time. Even after calling to see the close time which is 5 they were closed by 415.
