For over 20 years, I have been advocating for elder care and supporting families in planning for their loved one's needs. It’s hard to navigate placement and care options. Families need guidance for power of attorney, wills, guardianship and life care planning and just protecting assets. Bucks County Elder Law is my go to recommendation for all of the life care planning and counseling they may needs. My mother went in Assisted Living last year when I had an initial consult with Henry Carpenter and staff. I was very impressed from the start because I was given a lot of information. In 2020 my mother fell and broke her femur and we needed immediate help because my mother went into the nursing home. Henry Carpenter and his staff walked me through organizing finances to Cherill applying for Medicaid. They made me feel like family!
