Joseph Cullen Jr. My hero. Consummate professional, kind, caring, compassionate. My experience with Stark and Stark began with tragedy. But it ended with an expansion of my family. Joe is hands down, the best attorney one could ask for. His entire team, Ian, Tyler and Nicole and all of the support staff that spent countless hours on our case are my superheroes. Following an automobile accident, I hired Carin O'Donnell from Stark and Stark to represent me in the personal injury litigation. Stark & Stark really did a great job with my case. I always felt like they were looking out for me, not just with legal issues, but personally as well. After going back and forth and getting over a few rough patches with attorney Ian Abovitz regarding the nature of the insurance I purchased and how it would affect my personal injury case overall, I would say my attorneys on this case (Ian and Nicole Durso) did a solid job. When it came time to fight for me at the arbitration hearing, I believe Nicole did an excellent job. She is beautiful and fierce, and I’m glad she was on my side that day. All in all, I believe Stark and Stark law firm maximized my recovery on my case for the insurance I had purchased.
