Attorney Cook never returns phone calls. I will never have him again as a Attorney. I happened to run into him at the court house and he basically just acted like he didnt even know who I was. I wish his license to be a Attorney could be taken from him

David represented me a couple times in custody hearings in 2012 and 2013. He helped me retain majority custody of my child. As a man, he respected my bond with my child and became very knowledgeable with my child's needs and my needs. I have a profound respect for his abilities as an attorney and professionalism. I recently used David cook for my custody case and he was the best you could ask for. Very well organized, made sure I was completely comfortable and prepared for being in the court room, made sure all of my witnesses were prepared and the fees were very reasonable. Legal terms, circumstances and the process can be quite confusing but David was able to make sure I could understand the entire process start to finish. The outcome after the trial was certainly in my favor and if I ever had to do it again I wouldn't use anyone other than David.

My case was not black and white and wasn't necessarily a strong case; there were no injuries and no weapons used. Nevertheless, Attorney Cook treated me with respect and took his time making sure I understood the upcoming court procedures and the law. He did an unbelievable job pointing out important, incriminating details that the prosecutor following Attorney Cook failed to recognize. His confidence, undivided attention and support are what got me through the trial, and his knowledge, compassion and experience are what got my rapist a guilty verdict on 7 charges. He went above and beyond to make sure that my rapist got the punishment he deserved, while making the long, stressful court process as easy for me as possible. Attorney Cook is by far the best, most experienced and knowledgeable attorney that I have ever had the opportunity to work with and I would trust him to resolve any matter that I may come across.
