Heather was assigned to my brother’s case. She contacted me because she thought it would help him if he had a family member speak on his behalf. None of his other lawyers had ever done that and he has had MANY. The idea proved to be a stroke of genius. She was completely professional and response in my dealings with her. She even got his hearing rescheduled so that my entire family could be there despite the pandemic. She went to bat for us with the judge who was reluctant to let us all inside the courtroom. My brother’s outcome was the best we could have hoped for. The best attorneys go the extra mile for their clients and she did that. I am eternally grateful. We’re I ever to find myself in need of legal services, I wouldn’t hesitate to hire her.

As a healthcare worker during the COVID-19 pandemic, I realized I needed to update my Will and Advance Directives. Andrew Herrold and his firm were recommended to me by a good friend and have been wonderful to work with. Andrew is exceedingly professional, knowledgeable, and was even able to do everything remotely during the lockdown. As a special consideration for healthcare workers during this pandemic, he and his firm even offered to update my documents pro bono, which I think tells you at lot about the integrity of this firm. Andrew has been a pleasure to work with, and I would highly recommend him and his firm.

When going through my divorce I hired the firm and dealt with Suzanne Grimes. My now ex wife and I finally came to an agreement amongst ourselves on just a six months alimony on our short marriage . I wanted the office to draw up a professional agreement for us both to sign. Suzanne made it clear she was traveling to France for a long vacation within the next two weeks so I was anxious to get the deal done before she left.I was blown off for two weeks by office staff and then left in limbo to complete the agreement myself. The firm was so nonaggressive on serving my ex wife she simply ignored them by not going to the post office. The one hearing I had (temporary support) with Suzanne representing me was interesting. She was ill prepared. Our 15 minute meeting before the hearing was just a rehash of our entire initial consultation. Litterly, as if this was all new information to her I refused to pay their last bill of $239 for some incidental and routine paperwork and let them know they were fired! I had moved to Maryland, represented and completed my divorce myself. Can you imagine my surprise to find that little bit of money on my credit report in collections? A real lawyer would sue me!

After being charged with a DUI under a controlled substance, I was in shock and at a loss because I knew I was not driving impaired, even though I was taking prescribed medications for a physical condition; but who was going to believe me? During my consultation with Heather she listened closely, asked many questions, took the time to explain the law, process, and possible outcomes, all while being compassionate about my fears of this “nightmare.” Having already met with a couple other attorney's, and already having an attorney I was not happy with, I hired Heather on the spot. The best decision I made related to this whole situation. She thoroughly reviewed the police & lab reports (from arresting blood test), as well as the dash cam video. Heather poured over my medical records and worked with a toxicologist in preparing my case for trial. Her focus was on me and my case; keeping me informed throughout the process, explaining what to expect next, and answering any questions I had. Through Heather’s hard work, I did not need to go to trial and the DUI charge was dropped; I received a fine for careless driving and 3 points (what it should have been from the beginning). If you want an attorney representing you who is committed to you, who believes in you, is compassionate, and yet honest and upfront, Attorney Heather Reiner is who you want leading your case. I know she is my hero!

I personally had the pleasure of working with Attorney Dean Reynosa over an 8 month period. He is professional, extremely knowledgeable and also very personable. Still have yet to receive my money, WORST ATTORNEY I HAVE EVER had. Convinced me to plea guilty to something I am innocent of. A year and 4 months later I’m still going through the process. Dropped me without even telling me. Showed up to court without a lawyer. If I could I would have never gone to Rick Robinson. Save your money.

My wife and I met with attorney Andrew Herrold and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to answer all of our questions and never made us feel rushed. I would highly recommend this law firm.
