Mr. Ogden was the first attorney to pop up on my google search for a dui lawyer in york pa. Although my situation was a bit more complex, he was straight to the point - he didn’t sugar coat anything - he didn’t lie and say he would be able to keep me out of prison; but I was so surprised at the level of respect I received in the courtroom with him as my representative. I felt safe, and received the best possible outcome, thanks to his hard work. I absolutely would recommend him for anyone in the york area.
