Wes took the time to understand where I was coming from, he never did not believe that I wasn't in pain and still in pain!!! Rachael was also amazing because when I didn't understand something, if she knew she would explain it and or have Wes call me to explain. Rachael knows what pain and dealing with pain is all about! Wes took the chance at the settlement and received more than expected, but that still does not cover the every day pain that I have to deal with the rest of my life!! Wes and Rachael are the BEST!! Highly recommended!! If ever needed again, will use them, and hope Wes and Rachael will be there!! Thank you for being very caring and understandable and never doubting me!!
