The attorneys are never available. It also seems like they are short staffed, the ladies upfront were clearly overwhelmed trying to juggle calls, they were both on the phone when I walked in and they had a full house. I'll be going with another firm to take care of my husbands case. I’m under the impression that they have more clients than they can handle.
