Instances of poor communication and lack of responsiveness
“We reached out via email 3 times and we called over 10 times over the course of a month. Every time they told us the denial was on his desk and he'd get right back to us. When it got close to 60 days since our denial, we realized they were just going to ignore us and we had to do the appeal ourselves.”
