Attorney Napalitano is gracious, kind, understanding and more importantly, extremely knowledgeable about all things tax law! My father-in-law received a letter in the mail stating that he owed more than $10,000 in taxes as a retired veteran. After looking at the paperwork, Attorney Napolitano quickly deducted that not only was it a mistake, but the kind of tax they were trying to say he owed was completely outside of the realm of what he'd ever done in his professional career. We spent quite a bit of time with him asking questions, and he answered them thoroughly, told us exactly what to do, made sure we understood, got us the proper forms, and then didn't charge us anything for his time and professional expertise, as he considered it a consult. He certainly has my vote, as well as that of both mine and my husband's extended families, as the go to man for any future needs for a tax attorney! Highly recommend!!

As so many people that have to see Michael, I was in a bad place with the state. My anxiety was through the roof and I thought I would have to quit my job after the actions that were taken against me. He took the time to explain my options and what he planned to do to resolve the situation. The entire time he was working on this, he was very attentive and kept me in the loop as to what was happening.
