Chris has continuously represented me for about a year now in a custody case between myself and my ex-wife. He is always responsive, professional, ethical and I honestly could not have found a better lawyer to represent myself as well as my daughter. I truly believe he cares about us both. He is extremely knowledgeable with RI family law, as it is the only area he practices. Retaining him was one of the best decisions I have made.

In 2018 I needed to find an attorney to help me fight to reverse fourteen years of misattributed paternity. From the consultation forward Attorney Turco was fair and direct regarding the strength and weakness of my position in the matter, allowing me to make a sound educated descion during every step of the process. Once the court room was reached, Attorney Turco's knowledge of caselaw and skillful cross examination of the other party identified elements of fraud which allowed the misattributed paternity to be reversed outside of the normal legal guidelines set by Rhode Island law. As a result of his knowledge and courtroom skills , the fraudulent paternity was reversed.
