I would highly recommend Ken Schreiber as an attorney . I am an elderly man that was given a process summons at 9:30 at night to appear in court in Wisconsin 2 days later at 9:30am. I reside in Florida. After trying to contact lawyer in Wisconsin with no results, Kenny was able to get in touch with the lawyer effectively resolving my issue in a very timely manner. I will always recommend and refer family and friends to Ken Schreiber.

Attorney Schreiber handled two Family Court Legal matters for me over the past 5 years. I must say, I always felt like his number one client. I don’t know too many Attorneys that will contact their clients at night, on weekends, or even when they are away on vacation; Attorney Schreiber did all three. Mr Schreiber took on our case after other attorneys could not help. We were interested in protecting our granddaughter, who was already in our care. The state of Rhode Island is not one who makes it easy as they would rather see a child caught up in the "system" than in a healthy environment. Mr Schreiber fought hard for our granddaughter. He took chances and guided us through the unnecessary, complicated, and frustrating process. RI is not a "best interest of the child" state. It is a "best interest of the parent, regardless of the predictable outcome for the child" state. Without the dedication Mr Schreiber brought, we positively would not be caring for this child.
