David went above and beyond helping to resolve the matter quickly. He got the best possible outcome and was kind and easily accessible throughout the whole process. I can not recommend him more highly!

If anyone is experiencing tough times and needs an attorney, I would highly recommend David. During a time where I was extremely stressed and unsure of what to do because of what I was going through with the court system, he was able to calm me down and explain our plan of action. David made sure to explain everything to me in a way that was easy to understand and he was able to get my charged dropped. He went above and beyond what I expected because he would touch base with me not to just talk about my case, but at other times to just see how I was doing with the process and make sure I okay. Not only is he an effective lawyer who got the results he plans for, he is primarily an attorney who truly cares about his clients.

I got assigned David Ellison in the court by what must have been an act of God. He understood that I had no experience in the court system and worked with me to explain everything clearly and concisely to make sure I knew exactly what was going on the entire time. He always made sure I felt supported, informed, and heard and listened and answered any questions I had. I also have anxiety and ADHD: he made sure I understood everything together before moving forward in the court which helped me weigh all of my options in a way that made sense to me and eased my discomfort and anxiety. All around a really fantastic lawyer and I was extremely lucky to work with him!
