This was my first experience with a private criminal defense attorney, and god forbid I should need one again, it will most certainly be Josh. From the initial consultation, Josh saw a way out that would save me a massive amount of time, money and trouble in the future. Nothing was sugar coated, and every step of the process was thoroughly explained. I went into this ordeal with a pessimistic attitude, but I could not be more pleased with the result!! I was facing my 3rd conviction of DUI which has a mandatory jail term. with Mathew I worked out a plea agreement and got no jail time and only lost my license for 1 year. Matt does, what he say's he's going to do. I wouldn't suggest going to court without him.

So I was pulled over by a DUI task force in northern Rhode Island on 4th of July weekend. I had blown a .16 on the scene, and then later refused the chemical testing at the station. I was being charged with DUI/DWI, refusal to take a chemical test, and reckless driving. After my first initial meeting with Macktaz I knew he was the right guy for the job. From the first day we met he told me every single step that was going to happen in the case in chronological order. Every time we walked into the court room he was greeted with nothing but respect and admiration by everyone from the clerks to the prosecutor and judge.
