Matthew and Nicholas, deserve more then 5 stars but I’ll leave a 5 star review. Matthew is the type of lawyer you should have on speed dial if you run into any troubles, he’s just one of the best. I’ve run into many troubles no matter how little or small, I call Matthew. He treats every case as if it’s the most important to him, and his results are always outstanding. 5 stars deserved!

I was facing A 2nd DUI within 5 years and a chemical test refusal. These are serious charges to face and certainly you don't want a bargain attorney. I did a lot of attorney site searching and reading their reviews. When I came across Matthew Marin's site with over 170-5 Star reviews I knew I found the right attorney. With 2 convenient locations Matt met with me and reviewed the case. I knew immediately by his demeanor, knowledge of the process and system that I was in good hands. When we received the Police report Matt said to me "this is the worst police report I have ever read" But this made Matt dig in and I gave him all the details. With Matt's' experience and the respect he receives in the courtroom. Matt presented my case to the right ears. My 2nd DUI charge and 2 violations were dismissed and expunged. I was amazed how smooth each step was and his communication throughout. I was always confident. Let me leave you with this observation. On one particular day in Court Matt went to have counsel with the prosecution. She said to Matt "are you coming over to the dark side" Call Matt this is what you are up against.
