Matt's performance was top-notch. He was personable, respectful and knowledgable. I had been framed ( literally ) in a domestic case, and Matt guided me through the process. I had my doubts, but he was reassuring. He cut through the nonsense, so to speak. I would easily recommend him to anyone.

For the past 4 months that I've had the pleasure of knowing Matt, all I can say is that he is a very respectable attorney, extremely diligent in all of his work, and a great person to have both by and on your side. I had first met with Matt for a consultation back in June, and on that first day, he had gotten much information from me and began working on my case immediately. Although I had wanted to get a rather important mark off my record, he insisted that we work to try to eliminate past charges to simply clean up my record. I was already on probation and with a recent charge added would make me a violator and most certainly put me in jail. Matt is a very intelligent and concise attorney that you want on your side. His knowledge of the law and statutes is very impressive and his work ethic is stellar. In my particular situation, I knew my 4th amendment rights of probable cause was violated by law enforcement. I knew I had a very difficult case to defend and did not know who to turn to. That's when I read the positive reviews, not only from his clients, but from his fellow attorneys. During the plea process, Mr. Marin held his ground and did not relent to the prosecutions demands. The case eventually went to trial. During the trial he was well prepared to argue my case and get a dismissal of the charges. He's a wonderful advocate and defender for those whose rights may have been violated by law enforcement.

When I was arrested it was one of the worst experiences of my life. After my arraignment I sought out a lawyer with good reviews and a positive record in the type of case I was up against. When I spoke to Mr. Marin the first time I came into his office shaky and scared when I walked out I was much more at ease with the situation. He was very reachable when I had any questions or concerns and helped me through every step of the process. In the end I got what I wanted out of my case and Mr. Marin was able to help it get dismissed. If anyone asks me for a referral to a lawyer I will give them Mr. Marins information without a thought.
