I’ve known Damon for quite a few months due to an issue at my work place. He was always kind and charismatic and has a very in-depth about Union laws and rules. Most recently, I asked him to help me with a Family Protective Order for my daughter and I. I have had many lawyers fight to continue this restraining order but none like Damon. Due to the uncomfortably of my situation, he knew how to respect and treat me with “kid gloves” but also knew to ask the questions the Judge needed to be answered. I was told by another lawyer I would not get the continuance but when I approached Damon, he gladly said yes. Due to his previous law enforcement experience, he knows the ins and out of DV. I was so glad to have him by my side and not a lawyer who did not believe in me or the fight I was carrying on to protect myself and my toddler daughter. I got my continuance thanks to Damon and will continue to do so year after year. I cannot thank him enough for protecting my daughter and I. He is extremely professional, well-spoken, and knowledgeable but most importantly he is kind and actually cares about his clients which is the kind of lawyer anyone needs. He never made me feel like a nuisance or bother to him. I would highly, highly recommend Damon whether it be Union rights or DV rights. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to another lawyer, ever.
