I recently just went through my first time dealing with an incident that was brought to court. As it being my first offense i had no clue about what I should be doing or what exactly was the best option for winning my case at the time. Travis appeared in court that day representing another case. While in the courtroom he had overhear my case and that I was representing myself, me being clueless of how to even handle my situation, and approached me during the courts recess. My first impression of Travis was wow. I say this because normally people find lawyers, lawyers don't find people. He listened to my case saw that I was pretty much helpless and confused and decided to approach me and offer his help. Working with Travis has been such a great experience. He took the time and detail to understand what would help win my case and did everything he could to help me understand what was going on. I know that most people would think that all lawyers jobs are to understand the situation and then handle it the most professional way to win the case or negotiate a plea deal but with Travis I felt a very leveled communication, understanding, and positive vibe that he was great at what he does. He constantly kept in touch with me to check on my progress with handling my situation an provided help and guidance along the way. Travis is not only just a lawyer but a very caring man who does everything he can to help. I am happy to say that my case was dismissed and I can now continue living my life with a clean record thanks to Travis! I highly recommend his expertise to anyone who not only wants to hire a lawyer but to hire someone who you can actually trust and have a good communication level with.
