Disastrous practice and attorney. Cardullo stole $1,000.00 from me and still refuses to return it. Takes advantage of the disabled, weak and vulnerable and makes promises that she isn't equipped, capable or intelligent enough to keep. Stay away from this practice they will botch your case.

Attorney Cardullo is a very good divorce lawyer in RI. She knows the law inside and out and is compassionate and caring. A top notch Newport attorney!

Amey seems like a great person I do not know for sure. But what I do know for sure is that she is a horrible lawyer. She does not communicate with her clients at all. She will tell you she's going to reach back out to you days we'll go by and you will not hear anything and then when you do try to call she will be unavailable. Since I hired Amey I feel like she has done nothing but work against me. She always sided with the opposing counsel instead of fighting an advocating for me. If you are looking to hire a divorce or child custody lawyer I recommend you stay far away from Amey

Yes, divorce not easy. But. Easier is a definite. Myst have lawyers sign a contract too .ex.if trial is what want and what they say with this group get in writing and signed . I was a D.V. victim and a consent was signed not by me my lawyer that I agreed to pay all the household Bill's on disability putting me in the negative..when no one would as by law the defendant pays a speedy trial for the D.V. turned into 15 months and fingers pointed by all as to why and no one could answer. They also combined the two and said I had control and could dismiss as the victim by law I can not and very reason law came into being is so victims not be used abused until comply
