The attorneys here are weak, inexperienced and ineffective. Their motto is "counsel first" but they never knew what to do while working on my case. I should have listened when others told me not to pick an attorney from the RI Bars attorney referral service. That's just a paid for ad service basically. I can also tell they have fake and/or paid for reviews on here. Kind of a testament to what you get with them, a bunch of marketing with little else. I've dealt with everyone who works here to some extent, including Jeremy Howe some years back, and not one of them is equipped to do a good job for you in or out of court in your legal matter. Not one. I'll just leave it at that. Look elsewhere if you need representation.

I found Fallon very professional and sensitive to our situation in handling my brothers’ estate. She also helped with my mother’s estate and was wonderful. I will be asking her help again in the near future.

Don't waste your time. Reached out to Jeremy going on two years now. No matter what he tells you he is retired. The attorneys left in his wake are inexperienced, passive and unassertive. They don't understand what domestic violence is. I thought we were in good hands after we were very clear about our situation and what was needed going into things. However due their inaction our case only spiraled out of control.

Atty Kristy Garside has got to be the most professional lawyer I have dealt with. I was in a Medicaid jam and hired her to find a solution. She led me directly to a Special Needs Trust which ultimately fixed my problem. We even got the matter cleared up in a fast/informal way so that I did not need to wait for an appeal. DHS decided in my favor 100%. I would hire her again and encourage anyone considering doing so to go ahead and hire her because your legal problem(s) are likely to go bye-bye after that!

Jeremy Howe was appointed GAL during my divorce in Newport. He demonstrated extreme bias against me and always favored my wealthy ex-wife and her attorney. When called upon by the judge to speak about our case his first words to the court were always about how much money I owed him. His appearance and speaking manner are unimpressive.
